We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer to join our development team. You will assist in building and maintaining WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins, and ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about web development and eager to grow in the WordPress ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using themes and custom code
- Customize existing themes and plugins as per project requirements
- Assist in website updates, bug fixes, and performance improvements
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and optimized for speed
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement UI/UX designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Must-Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
- Ability to install, configure, and customize plugins and themes
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
