Client Responsibilities
Theme Selection
Choose a theme from the options provided by the vendor to initiate the design process.
Content Provision
Provide all website content (text, images, etc.) in a Word document format and upload it to a shared Google Drive folder within the agreed timeline.
Branding Materials
Supply branding assets, including the logo, color palette, and fonts, to maintain consistency with the client’s brand identity.
Design Review and Approval
Review the website design at various stages (homepage and inner pages) and provide timely feedback or approvals to ensure smooth progress.

SEO Services
Advanced SEO strategies or campaigns are not included.
Email Setup
Setting up email accounts or configuring email services is excluded
Social Media Services
Social media promotion, marketing, or management services are not provided.
Important Considerations:
- Design: The website will be designed based on the selected theme, with changes limited to 10% of the original theme.
- Pages: The package includes designing up to 10 pages; additional pages are not covered.
- Website Content: We will upload the provided text content as-is. Ensuring accuracy of the content is the client’s responsibility.
- Features: Only features included in the package/proposal will be implemented. Additional features are not part of this package.
- SEO: The website will be SEO-friendly, making it easier for search engines to crawl. However, this does not guarantee ranking on Google.
- Support and Maintenance: Support covers minor updates only and excludes adding pages, implementing new features, or regular maintenance. For ongoing maintenance, separate plans are available.
- Security: Basic security features will be implemented. The client is responsible for keeping the website updated to protect it from hackers or malware.
- Performance: While we design with performance in mind, website speed depends on various factors. We cannot guarantee performance on low-powered shared servers.
